18.77 acre location gold placer claim
Filed by myself and my wife as a new claim originally in 2002. Paper work is up to date. Access is secure with both hwy and county roads established. (hwy crosses claim) This claim is located in Gilpin County Colorado in a well known historical gold district. Water flows across claim in a small stream on the eastern end and borders another creek to the western end. Claim is filed bordering patented claims that produced well in the old days. The two streams mentioned may have met long ago on the claim (10,000 yrs ago) on higher terrian than now and chances of high benches yet to be located are good. The eastern end of this claim also used to be claimed as a mill site in the 1800's (but never patented) and was never worked as a claim for minerals to my knowledge. Gold found there has been flour to rice size. We have always found a little something when we prospect. Maybe this can be your gem in the rockies. Price $750.00 Price for current CP club members $500.00 SOLD CP -------------------- CP-Owner/Administrator
