Join the CCC at camp on the Arkansas River High Hopes claim during an evening meal preparation. Learn how to prepare Beer Can Chicken. Instruction by Steve with cameo's by a bunch of people including Mountain Man Dave and Ed. I have to add, there probably wasn't any drinking going on. Sorry about the "technical cooking" terms but Steve is a college graduate and sometime he likes to use technical terms.
