Oh, Joe, you know how it is. They tell you one thing, but my money says they are about 180 Degrees due south lying about it. With that qualifier, I was told it was mohave. My guess? more like 16-1 in Grass Valley, CA<grin> All I know for sure, I was impressed!

I would imagine that they had to acid wash the quartz off'n it.
