i have several mineing claims n the lake george area and inthe ast6 years 6 persons have overclaimed me. th blm,forrst service and county commishioners and sherrif know and havgreat dislike for the personshowever they do nothing to aid me! ihave also filed civil suit and nothing please give me some advice !!!!

Overfilers are easy to prove wrong using your public records of location and filing dates. They can also be cited for mineral trespass, estimated mineral loss, and estimated reclamation costs if you were to pursue with evidence. If you can afford and effectively hide cameras, do it.
Go super heavy on the signage for the claimjumpers. I have two claims and much invested in the metal yellow signs, I have them everywhere. I will be adding these surveillance signs during my next trip.  Signage by GhostCreekMine, on Flickr
