I was wondering about access to a certain claim. There is a closed forest service road that goes through private property. Do I have a right to use this road/trail to access my claims.
Or is this something that would require me getting private property owners permission to go through his land to get to my claims? Thanks MDM |

A person would have a hard time believing what that road looked like just a few short years ago after that flood. They have been working on it for the last
two years or so and have come a long way. It used to have ruts about 3 feet deep going right down the middle. I'm sure it will be opened to the public sometime in the future, hard to guess when. Here is another thought to ponder... jhidek, your claim does not directly connect to that road. It only gets you closer. Does that change anything?
