I have boxes of artifacts, but this is what I displayed a few years ago. My passion is artifacts so This seems the section to place my threads. Mods, Admins please move if need be. I am a collector of all things from the past and fossils and artifacts and metal detecting are the three at the fore front.

Most all where found in Colorado The fourth pic is of Tinklers rings and part of a Spanish bridle, Circa 1820's to 1830's Found in the central mountains here. There is my states frame which my goal is to get a stone artifact from the lower 48 which I have 35 states represented.

Now this was my bad,not to explain. ...Tinklers were used as adornments. Tribe Ute, Most all were made by the members of the tribe. They were great Blacksmiths. Now when you get into the stone there is no tribe affiliation. The date range can go back 13,000 years of nomadic people. I could babble on.... but if you want to know specifics on anything just ask. I have been told I am a rock hound... Love the pic's of the pup in another thread.
