I find my critical information here too.... but it's still a dang fun show to watch. The show provides entertainment, not legal information. I'm not sure that it's billed as a "reality" tv show, not much scripted 'drama'. Certainly nothing like the Hoffmans and that goofy series. They play up the danger factor and the weather with this show.... but they are the weather channel, and you need a hook going into commercial breaks. They're shooting for an 'entertainment' aspect. It's entertaining to me when they display the nice gemmy footage in HD, jaw dropping sometimes.
I'll never stop tuning in to see the spectacular finds of Rich, the Dorris family and others. Amanda and Travis should take a hike. Really a bad mark on the series and TWC is apparently trying to sweep it under the carpet. Shameful. She belongs in jail and her violations made public on the show.
