"Prospectors" TV Show Back! Options

New season kicks off tonight on The Weather Channel, I believe at 7pm.

Outstanding information and fantastic pics Marine.
I am 100% jaded by Amanda and Travis' exploits and am truly amazed that they have been allowed to continue despite the most obvious trespass, defaults, court decision(s), and fines in excess of $100K. How is this possible????
In addition, it appears that they are doing the exact same thing AGAIN! Please tell me how this is possible. Are they millionaires that can afford to keep blatantly breaking the law on television knowing they can just buy their way out of it?
Compared to all others, their finds are less than spectacular. She looks like a bumbling idiot to me now... wandering all over everyone's claims with a camera crew, stealing mineral resources, bragging about it, and over-filing. Court strikes her down hard... and there she is AGAIN, doing the same damn thing the next season. What gives?
This begs to be clarified and exposed for the betterment of prospecting and mining. Was the default you first referred to settled out of court?
There are missing pieces to the puzzle here.

Can't say it surprises me... lots of "reality" TV shows making money off folks breaking the law... moonshiners for example. Not sure how they get away with showing illegal activity on TV without the folks breaking the law and those paying them for doing so ending up in jail.
