03/09/12 CMC283015 "Last Laugh" was filed by individual miner (we all know which one). Filed over MS19925 California Mine (52 acres of Patented Land - Private Property).
08/15/13 BLM declared "defective" CMC283015
09/24/13 Claim was Forfeited according to BLM LR2000. CMC283015

10/10/13 - Location Date as filed for CMC285877 "Last Laugh" (same name, new claim number and filing).
01/08/14 - New Claim CMC285877 filed, with location date of 10/10/13. Claim is on the California Lode of MS19925 California Mine (made up of the Utah Lode, California Lode and White Rock Extension).

01/18/2015 - on the show, said miner indicates she is going to give the "last laugh" back to the Forest Service.......

First notice of Trespass sent to miner from property owner (his attorney) via certified mail on October 02,2013. Second Notice of trespass sent on June 11, 2014. In both cases, notices were certified mailed to both the miner and also to the entertainment company filming.

2013 season the "location paint" was orange and in 2014, the "location paint" was red - providing owner with proof positive of location being mined and actively filmed/shown on National TV. Clearly the location has been very well documented, GPS'd, professional survey completed for the private property, No Trespassing signs posted, cable gates installed, etc. Loads of documentation exists - including knowing that "Icy Blue Pocket" is 173 feet onto the California Lode of MS19925. The overly dramatic "actor" aka the "miner" mined the private property in both 2013 and 2014 seasons. After having mined on the Cardwells claims during the 2012 season.

Yes, there was a settlement between the entertainment company and the property owner - that was completed at the end of the 2014 Summer/Fall.

The man who the miner was screaming at and calling "claim jumper" was authorized to be there, Mike was taking notes and photos and observing that particular week - all such provided to the property owner of MS19925 - a retired US Navy Veteran and a great gentleman. Mike, a USMC Vietnam Veteran, was also there on the Haley Quinn#2 (CMC277124) with written permission from the CMC277124 Claim owners..

Unlike the implication on the "show" - WE DO NOT RECOMMEND making threats or shooting any one over a "rock", mineral, etc. Life is far too precious, and far too short as it is. Additionally, unlike many who have posted on the "FB" page for that "show" - WE DO NOT RECOMMEND rolling rocks down onto people or throwing rocks, etc at others. Again Life is far too precious and you just don't know what the other party may have or not.

MS19925 California Mine is a well known location and a famous mine with known beryl, aquamarine and other gemstone deposits. Google: MS19925 California Mine beryl usgs and you will find some interesting documents such as: pubs.usgs.gov/bul/0982d/report.pdf and others. USGS Maps exist from 1962/1963 including maps of the long tunnel and other geological information.

We hope everyone will honor and respect private property, just as they would want respect of their own homes from intruders. The area is being carefully monitored..... And will be under greater monitoring during early dig season to winter...
