I'm not sure how you interpreted those court documents then.
In a nutshell... this is what I grasped: The court system found Amanda financially liable and ruled in favor of the plaintiff. Since she forfeited her appearance and the court awarded ALL amounts requested to the plaintiff. That was over $100K in theft, damages, and reclamation. It doesn't sound like she's "above the law" at all from what I gather, $100K+ is steep.
