My apologies if it appears I have misdirected those reading for mining issues, by the subject line and quote, but equally important it speaks to the threat of private property (mineral lands) theft through the implementation of Agenda 21 i.e.

In esssence, under the UN, the government is intruding on the free market and right to private property.
