I am wondering about the rules or regs for dredging on waterways controlled by the Army Corp of Engineers. There are several here, including the Missouri River, and some smaller rivers and creeks who are under their control for flood control reasons. Does anyone have any links to the Corps rules or regs I can look at?

Don't worry, Russ...the document says:Public Notice at the top.
I don't think Dave did anything wrong. You filled out the form really well, including the map that shows where you will be working. Nice job. Relax. I'm in Oregon and won't be over with sandwiches and an offer to help.
