She bought the equipment to do it at home and has been making some cool stuff. What prompted me to post here is she's started to incorporate stones and shells in to her pieces! here is a shell piece and one with a few translucent rocks we tumbled. OK, giving this a try again!

A friend of mine asked Carol to make a green heart for his wife for Mother's Day; her first "commissioned" piece! She had 2 ideas, so made them both so he could pick from them and he bought them both

One of the first projects she made at home; teal ribbons for ovarian cancer for all her sisters, in memory of their mother

She thought it would be cool to integrate some translucent stones in; I concur, it was!

This is her first tree... she is currently working on a panel of 4 trees; one for each season!
