RESUBMITTAL OF FORM 400 BY CA DFG

The Department of Fish and Game is once again trying to amend the Dredging Regulations without notice.

I have also put a new Federal Register Notice from the USFS on the EAJ web site. From what information I have this is only a precursor to the new regulations that will be coming out in the register in the next three months. I should have a set of comments out on this one in a few days. Comments are a good way to be involved.
